Clear terms for a visual learning membership.
1. The service
War Strategy Academy provides interactive, game-based lessons about map geometry, visibility, timing, and decision-making. It is educational entertainment and is not professional, military, security, firearms, or operational training.
2. Membership and renewal
The Founding Membership is billed monthly at the price shown before checkout. It renews automatically until cancelled. Stripe processes payment and sends the receipt. You can cancel through the billing portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
3. Access
One membership is for one learner. Do not resell, share, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute lessons, visuals, scripts, or member-only material. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or attempts to interfere with the service.
4. Changes and availability
Lessons and features may be improved, replaced, or reorganised. We aim to keep the core Academy available, but temporary maintenance and technical interruption can occur. Material price changes will be communicated before they apply.
5. Cancellation, refunds, and statutory rights
Cancellation stops future renewals. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country.
6. Liability
The Academy is supplied for personal learning and entertainment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or for decisions made outside the simulated game context. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
